Love on the Rooftop
There's something special about courthouse elopements. The intimacy of the occasion, the simplicity of the venue, and the focus on the couple's love all come together to create a truly memorable experience. But that doesn't mean you can't add a touch of glamor and luxury to the occasion.
When Victoria's mom, a childhood friend reached out to me to photograph her daughters elopement, I was honored to be part of it. She got me connected with Victoria and the rest is history! Victoria and Greg knew they wanted to do something a little different. They had a vision for a bridal session that would feature a stunning Rolls Royce.
It was an ambitious idea, but one that I was excited to bring to life. Especially after they sent me a photo of the car.
On the day of the elopement, we started at the courthouse where the couple exchanged their vows in front of a few close friends and family. The ceremony was simple but beautiful, and it was clear that the couple was completely in love. After the ceremony, we headed to the garage where the Rolls Royce was waiting for us.
The rooftop was breathtaking, with the city skyline stretching out behind us.
We started with some traditional bridal portraits, with Victoria in her stunning dress and Greg in his handsome suit.
But then I got creative, posing them with the Rolls Royce. The end result was a set of photos that were both romantic and dramatic, capturing the essence of Victoria and Greg's love as well as the beauty of the city.
It was an honor to be a part of such a special day, and I'm grateful to Victoria and Greg for trusting me with their vision. This courthouse elopement and bridal session proved that you don't need a big wedding to have a memorable and stylish occasion. With a little creativity and a lot of love, anything is possible.
