What should I wear for my photo session?
I recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable and confident in. Avoid wearing busy patterns or colors that clash with your surroundings. If you are unsure about what to wear, please contact me for additional guidance.
Can I request specific poses or shots?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share any specific ideas or poses that you would like me to capture during your photo session. But keep in mind, if using other images, these will act as inspiration and not look exactly like the photo you show me. It is done by a different photographer at a different location and with different lighting. And we all have a different eye.
Do we get all of the images?
I do not deliver all of the images I took. I cull through and pick the best images from the shoot and you will receive the edited images from those chosen. At the core of my photography style is a specific editing technique that I have perfected over time. I believe that each photo session has its own unique feeling and mood, and I strive to capture that essence through my editing process. I pay close attention to details such as color, contrast, and lighting, and adjust each element to create a cohesive and personalized final product. My editing style is a reflection of my dedication to creating a one-of-a-kind experience for each of my clients, and I take pride in delivering images that capture the emotions and memories of their special moments.
How long does a photo session typically last?
The length of your photo session depends on the type of session you select and the specific package you choose. Most photo sessions last between an hour an hour and a half, but this may vary based on your specific needs and preferences.
When will I receive my final images?
I typically deliver your final images within 1-2 weeks after your photo session. I will provide you with a link to a digital gallery where you can view and download your images and purchace prints and products. If you require your images sooner, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Weddings have a 2-6 week turnaround depending on the season and peak busy season.
Do you offer retouching services?
Yes, I offer basic retouching services if requested. I do keep everything natural as you see it. If you would like more extensive editing, it is extra per image as this does take some time to do. This includes removing blemishes, brightening teeth, and smoothing skin. If you have any specific retouching requests, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate your needs within reason. If is is something out of my expertise, I do have a company I send more involved edits to for an extra fee as well.
