Upon booking, you will receive a booklet with tips and tricks. Outfit ideas and more to make your day go smoothly! I also have been a hairdresser and makeup artist since 2006, and will now be offering hairstyling and makeup to add onto your session if you'd like.
Here's a little known fact that may surprise you: provocative photography featuring women in their boudoirs has been a thing for nearly 100 years.
Yep -- before quick film developing, before digital cameras, before women could vote and, get this: before it was even legal! I'll spare you all the historical details and just tell you that women have been posing for the camera in their sexiest lingerie (sometimes sans clothing at all!) since the early 20th century. And, as you've seen in art class, many have posed for the paint brush and painter even earlier than that, as well. For that reason, I consider boudoir photography a rite of passage; a gift to not just your significant other, but to yourself.
It's a celebration of you, your womanhood, your beautiful body and your sense of spirit. Some may even think of it as an homage to the many women of all shapes and sizes who've posed before them.

FAQ
I'm really nervous, is that normal?
It's definitely normal to be nervous for your boudoir session, so don't worry. Most of my clients are nervous until the session has gone on for a few minutes. After it starts, you'll begin to loosen up.
How do I know how to pose?
Don't worry about posing, I've totally got you covered in that department. I am always studying, was a former gymnast and dancer, so I understand how the body moves and know all the tricks to create the most flattering angles for you, no matter what shape or size you are!
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! You can bring a female friend if you think it will help you relax. However, sometimes and extra set of eyes has the opposite effect. I don't allow significant others or husbands to join out of respect for my husband and it makes people a little more nervous sometimes. Remember this session is for you!
Do your package come with hair and makeup?
They don't come with hair and makeup, but it is highly recommended. I'm a licensed stylist since 2006 and do offer hair and makeup. If you have your go-to stylist, I'm okay with that too! And if you are an all natural gal, I love that as well! It's about what makes you the most comfortable and confident!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and current workload. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do you do outdoor boudoir sessions?
I currently don't have my planned outdoor spot setup yet, but if you have some private land, or know any spots, let me know and we'll set something up. I am always scouting for spots as well! While I do offer outdoor boudoir sessions, only if they are in a secluded area so nobody can see us during the session. I do this to protect you and my company.
